The current sanitary measures
To keep you safe:
The Tourist Office is frequently cleaned and sanitized.
At the reception,there is a Plexiglas to protect staff and members of staff are wearingface masks. Moreover, staff is using a hydro-alcoholic solution and disinfectant.
A hand sanitizer is available for visitors by the entrance door.
Face masks must be worn inside the Tourist Office from 11 years old and strongly recommended from 6 years old
Card readers are sanitized after each use. Contactless payments are highly recommended.
Only two visitors are allowed inside the Tourist Office
The physical distance rule is 4m2 per visitor or group in the same unit
Wewant to make sure that staff and visitors follow the current sanitary measures. As a consequence, the toilets and the relaxing/reading space are not available anymore. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Other members of staff are wearing face masks and using a hydro-alcoholic solution and disinfectant.
Face masks must be worn inside the Tourist Office.
A prevention officer was appointed by the CCSMS for all members of staff.
